While it is a decent and easy to use app, it needs a lot of additions/corrections to make it better. First of all- the options include the word 'Cardic' which isn't a word. It is 'Cardiac Pain' and the term Others is an awfully broad category. Why not add a functionality that let's us write, in our custom lingo, the nature of the disease so the receiving party is better prepared. Sometimes the referred in patient never makes it to the secondart/tertiary facility, there's no option for that!!!
