Local technicians atleast honour their commitment. The technicians who
visit you for service are forced to quote excessive charges There is total
lack of coordination among the team, and they never come at appointed time.
The call centre commits a time which the technicians override, and ask the
customer to request for alternative technicians. The app quotes 150 for a
service, which is re-estmated at 1000 plus GST by technicians. Fleecing.
Avoid if possible. Peace.

The customer care person said the technician would come by morning and I was waiting till 3pm, no response from them. So when I called back they told some silly stories, it was on the whole waste of time. Do not use this app. I kindly request you.
