The program starts at a basic level - going over the key fundamentals - and progresses into an advanced level - incorporating combinations and movements that you learn as you go along. This app is useful for those with any level of ballet experience; beginners will be able to get acquainted with the ballet terminology and progressively build their skills, while those with more experience can fine-tune their skills.

While this form of ballet takes a traditional approach, you will also find some barre strengthening workouts to strengthen the muscles used most often in ballet.
