Been a very long time customer for years. My youngest Timothy worked there with previous mangers and ever since management change and new box boys the service has gone way down. Bring my own bags and always have to ask them not to over pack my bags with all the groceries in one. Way to heavy and they dont get it. Because I didn't have the app downloaded on my phone would not offer me the free eggs and manager called over to assist looked at me and ignored coming. Really bad service.
