One of those awfully designed apps that keeps logging you out. When you need to retrieve your saved tickets can take a while to remember your password. Paper tickets for me in future, technology is supposed to make life easier.

I have never been able to actually compete a transaction with this app. It crashes every time. Bring back the old app ! At least it worked

you choose your tickets but there's no button saying "buy". you go back and the app crashes and you lose your search.

Useless - installed it to get etickets to phone but never got that option. Cannot select seat reservations, so in all a waste of time.
