It's alright, more reliable than it used to be. Still slow though. Sometimes just shuts down when trying to open tickets. Would be nice if bus locations and expected arrival times of busses were featured. Also, they constantly ask for a review. The fact that their "No" button and "Remind me later" button run the exact same line of code, which means they will just ask you again next time anyway, regardless of your choice - demonstrates how shady they are.

Last update a complete disaster. It now sets screen to full brightness so QR code can be read, but that drains your battery at a phenomenal rate. I now have to charge my phone when I get to work. Not to mention it wouldn't even open for days and I had to buy tickets on the bus.

Absolutely awful and completely infuriating! The most glitchy app I've used. Doesn't appear to let you do anything the first time you click it takes about 10 "can't connect to server messages" then sometimes it will allow you to buy a ticket. However the last 3 days it hasn't let me buy a ticket, so I reinstalled the app to see if that would help.. Now it won't even allow me to log in.

This app is horrendous and doesn't deserve a 1 star. As soon as I try to pay for my weekly pass I get a notification saying it can't connect to server and I just try again later. I've restarted my phone and uninstalled the app many times but still get the same issue. There is no problem with my internet or 4G so definitely a technical issue on First Bus's side.

Keeps telling me I can't connect to the server and therefore can't purchase any tickets. The tickets available on the app are cheaper than buying on the bus so I'm spending more money through no fault of my own. When it works it's great, but it hardly ever works!

*this is an edited review. My previous review was poor due to the instability of the app... now it hasn't been working for 2 weeks (despite me having prepaid for a 4 week ticket) I must categorically say this app is diabolical. Drviers wouldn't let me on the bus and the customer service from the company is the worst I've experienced. If you can avoid using First then do so
