When it works it's great. No issues for the past year of use with monthly bus passes. A week and a half ago my ticket started being rejected when scanned (no other issues scanning my phone for any other payments or tickets anywhere else). Put in a support ticket but had no response. Today I had to pass my phone to the driver after it was rejected and me showing the ticket wasn't enough. He passed it back told me my ticket was expired (it hadn't, 10 days left) & I had to pay for another ticket!

Amazed at how good the interface is on the app, really intuitive to use, and having the map with the live bus locations is great. Only constructive feedback would be it'd be handy to have the saved buses on the homepage have a toggle function of some sort to change the direction, and having your location update in RT would be good as you have to restart the app to get it to recalculate, not great if you're walking to a stop as it thinks you're still where you started off.

I used the app to purchase some adult tenner tickets whilst waiting for the bus. First time since start of Covid that I've used, it was very quick and the tickets were in the wallet to use immediately. Whole process took about 2 minutes and I was pleased to see the tickets are now valid for 1 year rather than having to be used within 28 days, like previously.

The app stopped working for me (started saying tickets were declined / invalid that I purchased through the app) - spoke to an advisor who recommended that I uninstall and reinstall the app. I have done this, and it wont launch. I have cleared the cache and data and tried again. It still doesn't launch. I have tickets I have paid for on my account i now cant access.

Take all information on this app as theoretical times. Bus's are notoriously late and if you happen to need to get a late evening bus be prepared to wait an hour extra on top of your usual wait because they have a habit of just deciding not to come. You'll then have to wait for the next bus an hour later. And if you've read this far and still need to take these buses, the apps only reliable point is its GPS bus tracker function I would use that to make sure you catch your bus.

I recently got a new fone so had to install the app again only now it won't load or get passed the openin firstbus page. Very angry and disappointed as i can't get live updates which would be useful as busses go from being due to missing on the screens at the actual bus stops. I've tried all the advice that was given on a previous review but to no avail.
