I get it- some salons don't use it yet. I tried booking from phone in 4 that use it. It just doesn't work. Some don't show times, some don't allow to change date even to tomorrow. This is tragically underdeveloped app, pretty much useless for now. Probably was written and tested in India by 15 departments where they don't know and/or don't care what they are doing.

I know not all salons will be using this yet. But as a mother of 4 even if my salon used the app. I can only book 1 service, for myself. Theirs no option to add family members. Going to the manage guest tab does not allow add guests. Create that feature for families please. And when looking at a local one to book. You can only book day of. I'll continue calling my salon and booking when I'm free on the weekends. Especially when I'm going for 5 cuts.

Only gave 3 stars as you can't pin or bookmark your favorite locations. Also, what's the point of displaying multiple dates for booking but only allowing one selection - today's date. App could be drastically better

Don't advertise 'Online Appointment Booking' if you don't offer the Service. I don't need an app to find a phone number, my Google Assistant will do it for me.

Illusion of choice for dates, why even give the option for other days when the only option is today. This is the same on the website too, quite frustrating.

Can't book / check in through the app, all it does is call the store and they don't accept check ins either. What's the point of having an app when it doesn't actually do anything?
