This app does not allow you to register if you have only 1 surname. For example if my name John Smith, I cannot register. But if my name is John Arnold Smith I can register. Not everyone who lives in CR has at least 2 surnames.

Wont let me add my paypal account. It just wont load and throws me no error it just never stops loading... SINPE movil doesnt work either it wont stop giving me errors and their customer support is the definition of awful. They dont even bother looking at the messages I leave them.

Only with CostaRican cedula you can open. App is big and lagging , suggesting to crash...so small waiting pauses needed when typing Anyway appreciate Cooperative bank started initiative in Costa Rica! I have other one Coopealianza, but Coopenae will be on my radar now. Hope theybwill accept gov made id for extranjeros soon
