Awesome GPS security device which is always on duty. Customer service is top notch and was available for me when I needed them in the beginning to set up the device under my name. The only reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the slight lag I have gotten for motion detection. Sometimes I am notified within 30 seconds and sometimes within 2 minutes. Other than that I am extremely happy with the feeling of security the device and company gives me.

It notifies you the second there is movement to the bike, and you can track it whenever without needing a police report like some of the other competitors like lojack. Robbers may find a big bulky gps device but will not be able to find and realize a 3 inch by 3 inch device is the gps for the fin

Very disappointing product that is quite expensive. In the event of stolen motorbike within less than 4 hours since the incident and I noticed it has been stolen, no latest position detected anymore at all which is doesn't quite make sense!!!

user name or password ...if i can,t set my name and password ...who the hell else is to create and save...can,t log in...uninstall..disturbing app
