I am not receiving any app or sms notifications. Only getting email notifications which can be easily overlooked. I have called at least 10 times in last few months in their call center, but no solutions till date. They just received my problem, forward to their software team and no solutions...I had two devices, already detached one, now going to detach the other one soon.

Live location not always available, even if in the open road or field. Engine on/off not updated in time.

After the new update, can't even enter the app. It keeps on crashing. I am using a Samsung galaxy A71 and the app was quite good before this update. Edit- Alright so I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It's working fine now so I will change the rating to 4 star instead.

The app is very basic. You should develop in-app notification for all activities, like- geofance, engine start/stop, over speed/ limit violation etc. Additionally, user should have notification control/enable/disable option in the the app. Looking for having these features in Finder App.

Today (5Aug23) I have removed your device & ordered tracker from another vendor. Finder's device quality is very poor. Very bad in live tracking. Purchased it for Tk.5k-6k on Feb'23. Totally a loss project. While my car was in Jahangir Gate of Dhaka Cantonment, your app shows it's on my residence at Panthapath! Several times I have found, the location was tracked after 10-15 minutes of move. In case of theft, this 10-15 minutes interval is very precious. I will never recommend anyone to use it.

When viewing route history, the vehicle icon is not showing. Live tracking starts after 5/10 minutes later of engine start, also send the parking violation notification after 5/10 minutes later of engine start. I thing the the app can do well, how to pay your bill through bkash etc.
