I love the idea, but more than half the times the app does not work. It fails to read the tag despite the light conditions I am in. Very disappointed. I hope they fix it soon - Update: The scan function has improved greatly and it now works without problems. There are other small issues, e.g. it doesn't remove the water drank from the daily goal, and other minor things. But it now fulfills its main purpose, all the other improvements would a plus that we can wait for in future updates

It would be nice if you didn't have to scan your bottle everytime. Adding a manual button would make this app more user friendly and faster. I like how it shows a common goal. Maybe adding a way to compete would help keep it interesting. It's a great concept to help stress the importance of reducing the human foot print. Also add a feature that equates larger bottles into smaller plactic bottles. I have a gallon metal thermos I use.

I love the concept of this app, but it has a lot of bugs. When creating an account, after pressing the continue with Facebook button, a loading screen popped up and then it would return to the screen asking you to sign up with your info or to continue with Facebook. Also, when I go under my profile, it says I have no reusable cups attached to my account, so I click to add one, scan my bottle, and it adds a cup of water but still says I have no cups. And the location button just restarts the app.

I liked the app, but then they did an update to the entire app and I completely lost engagement with it. I really liked contributing to the causes and I find myself scanning less now. The help/support staff are incredible! They are fast and friendly when you report an issue. But the update in my opinion ruined the ability to track your water intake. They changed the format to favor groups, which could be cool but the execution isn't good, unless you like seeing every state listed as a group.

App is constantly freezing and the barcode scanner doesn't work. Update 6/29: I have downloaded the app again to see if the latest updates have fixed my previous issues. I have been able to use the app with no bugs or issues for the past 3 days. The app isn't freezing, the scanner can read my barcode now. I can move through the app and see the content easily now. I have increased my rating to reflect the update.

I'm at the top of the group I'm in. I am happy it helps other people. The company is kind and helpful to me. No it hasn't gone perfectly. I had months of not getting credit for my scans yet I kept scanning. Why, to help other humans in the limited way I can, and hopefully to help the planet and the other animals who inhabit it. Reduce, recycle, reuse, repurpose, go vegan!
