Changed my phone number. Decided to check the apps to make sure I wouldn't lose any data. This app works off your cell phone number and they store your credit card info. So whoever would have received my number after I change it could have ordered all the drinks they wanted with my credit card. This isn't very secure to me.

I think the app is pretty good and easy to use, but it is often slow. I also wish you could apply more than than one gift card to your order.

Using the app is fine, but I placed an order before leaving a friend's house and when I arrived and tried to have them "bring my order" the app said I arrived too early. It was almost 25 minutes from ordering to getting my drinks and it would have been longer had I not gone inside to tell them I was there. Disappointed that it wasn't a faster, easier way than the drive thru.

Needs more work. I have used the app multiple times, but the last time was a mess! I ordered to pick up in Spanish Fork. When I got there, I pushed the bring my order button and selected the car that I was driving. I waited for half an hour. I tried calling and got no answer. So I pushed the button again and 40 minute old drinks showed up with an employee. Apparently, the system didn't register the first time I told it I was there. The drinks were remade, but I was angry at the failed app.

The UI is a nightmare. Pay a good dev shop to do it right, make something useable. If you want people to order online (instead of overflow out into the street in St George) the app HAS TO BE MORE CONVENIENT and it has to be convenient even for dumb people. If people can't find what they want easy and fast, they're going to just order and wait in line. Also change the app to just the cup logo, make it more prominent, this app feels like a middleschool kid project thrown together on the weekend.
