About this app

A Powerful app for Field Sales Force of TN SYS Meryl Pharma to manage their day to day activity. App is built for only in-house operations of company. The app list all doctors, Chemists and Stockiest data on single cloud database for the employees of organization to plan their meetings, submit reports and schedule monthly plan. Some of the Key elements of app are -

1. Field Representatives (FR) and Manager can login via their corporate id to get the nearby Chemist, Doctor and Stockiest information.

2. FR and Manager can create tour program for the month, Manager/Admin will approve the plan and then as a daily activity FR can visit and submit his appointment results.

3. Field Representatives will be able to maintain and submit their expense reports to management for reimbursement.

4. FRs can add Doctors, Stores or Chemists from their end itself through the app.

5. Field Representatives can maintain their count of doctor meetings, stockiest/chemist meetings in the calendar of the App. Any user gets three criteria of scheduled meeting with a flexibility to reschedule if required.

a.Successful approval of meeting will show in orange color
b.Expired meeting or delayed meeting will show in red color
c.After submission of visited log they can complete their meeting and it will show in green color only.

6. FRs can also search doctor by location name, specialization and by doctor name. Similarly, they can search Chemist/Stockiest by their owner name, location and store name.

7. Field Representatives and Manager will be able to view and maintain their targets of the month in terms of Quantity as well as Finance. A target set and target achieve is visible to keep a focus on the same.

8. Push Notifications are sent for important events and activities to all employees through app for a direct one to one as well as bulk communication.

This app requires user login which is given by admin manually.

App Permissions
