Update to dev response: Correct. Can't even mark my child as picked up. The app is a good idea but the execution is horrible at best. There has to be a better app/solution out there. FetchKids hasn't worked with my kid's school pickup repeatedly, and has directly led to large delays in kid pickup. Overall, the app is super buggy at best, and some of the "features" it claims to offer are even bigger inconveniences. BOTTOM LINE: Look elsewhere if your school is considering an app of this nature.

FerchKids is so helpful for me!!! It saves me time and eliminates hassles when I pick up my daughter from daycare. I've gotten great support as well. My questions have all been answered in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend FetchKids for daycare and preschools.

Fantastic. Improves pick up and drop with my children. I can approve other family members quickly and easily to pick up my kids. Very secure And safe. I hope other schools utilize the app. Love this app.
