Would give 5 * if the app didn't crash every time i tried to upload picture's of my cats. Still no improvement updates, have taken back a star. It's shameful that we are forced to give star's to leave a review, why bother to make an app if ur not going to keep it up to date.

I installed this as it looked like a convenient way to manage my petlog registered cats but it's nothing like that, just a marketing app that could be better some via a simple web site. And it's almost 30MB!

It doesn't really do anything. It's pretty much just a bunch of hyperlinks. Glad I only opted for the premium account for 1 of my cats, sorry to the others but you're staying as basic since there are no differences except I wasted £16

The service provided by this company is fine but the app is useless. Navigation socks and trying to complete simple tasks is an awful experience. I tried to report my cat missing here and it crashed, now the website won't let me make the report so I don't know if it's been done or not. Frustrating to say the least. 90% of this app could be stripped back and made much more user friendly / streamlined.

Unstable and frequently crashes. I'd like somewhere to keep all my petlog details and access my online account. This isn't it.

Useless. Expected to be able to login and save my cats chip details, but all it does is link back to the website.
