App needs a lot of work. Feels really buggy, goes straight to missed call half the time, buttons unresponsive, freezes half the time. Very poor user experience. Update - girlfriend has iphone 12, equally terrible. The app is unintuitive, and there are more clicks than necessary. Why do I need to click four different things to let someone in? As soon you launch the app when someone calls, there should be a green check box to let in, and a red X to not. It frequently goes to missed calls...

Reposted feedback because devs dont react to edits. The app doesnt override Do Not Disturb mode even if configured in SsmsungGalaxy s10e to do so. So cant react to doorbells when asleep etc. Door unlock button often doesnt work. Sent message to support mail on March 1st, no response still 25 days later.

This app is so bad it only works one in five or six tries. I have no choice but to use it because that's what my building has but I hate it

If I could give this app zero stars I would. Our building installed a new intercom system with this app. It rarely alerts us when someone is trying to come up to our apartment and don't get me started on the interface or the user experience of the application. Sadly, we are stuck with this poor excuse of an app. Somebody swindled our building management or this was just the cheapest option which shows.
