Pretty poor performance for an app that is required for certain Condo functions. There are 2 loading/splash screens and they take a few seconds to go away. The main screen doesn't even have that many things to load so as an app it should not take this long if things are cached appropriately. The intercom feature is an absolute mess. There is no push feature for this, so the app MUST remain running as a background service with an ugly notification that stays there (and uses battery).

High battery drain for the app running in background. Poor implementation of intercom call. When called from physical intercom, the app displays video and audio over the phone instead of expected ringing from most video call apps like Whatsapp and telemedicine app. This means the intercom call does not trigger a notification. You are "notified" by audio and video playing on your phone through the intercom.

Intercom answering is meant to be efficient. Yet you show TWO and SLOW unneccessary splash screen which takes a whooping SIX seconds to start the app. To sum up the frustrated, the cancel call button is terribly located at the SAME right side as the answer call button for the user to conveniently end the call by accident WITHOUT actually unlocking the door and piss off the guest. Who would've designed such a stupid UX.

I have moved to this condo which is using this iPlus Living app and till today I have yet to experience proper working app. It has been crashing most of the time on my Android phone, and in the rare occasion when it is working, when people calling from the gate intercom, I don't get any video intercom notification at all.

Poorly designed, this is a good example of developers trying to push out features that look impressive on paper but are actually worse and less practical in real life. The tech is clearly not mature enough for this to be a reliable intercom option.

I am expressing my deep concern regarding the current state of the condominium's intercom/app system, I have encountered numerous issues that have not only inconvenienced me and my family but also the smooth operation of deliveries at risk. One of the most alarming issues is the unreliable call functionality of the intercom system. Many times, when delivery personnel and my family members attempt to use the intercom to request access or to communicate, the call simply does not go through.
