The worst thing is that it doesn't tell you it's stopped recording. I've lost an hour of footage because on 2 occasions after stopping recording (as it showed as if it were still recording) the video was cut to 31 minutes. It seems like that's the max it can record or something. It also won't work at all if you try to save videos to the SD card instead of internally. Making the gimbal kinda pointless, because how much can you fit in your internal memory?

The has a lot of potential. It's a pity that this app jeopardize the experience and the quality of the gimbal. The zoom in/out is VERY choppy. While filming and wanna make a picture, the image freezes and filming stops. The app doesn't show when you stop filming. Filming on selfie mode doesn't allow you to switch and keep filming with the main back camera and viceversa. Misses slow motion mode!

This is the worst app ever. After connecting it with bluetooth to use on Feiyutech vimble 2 all the recorded videos flicker as if someone is switching off and on the lights continuously during video shoot. The videos recorded by this app are not smooth at all. Very bad experience with this app. Seems the app is being released without proper working and testing. Is the team listening to our feedbacks?

Once again new update did nothing but make it worse, now the app crashes even more and previous problems still exist. New update did not fix any of my issues. The app is completely useless, it freezes and crashes when taking video and panoramas, might need to return the gimbal unless I can use a different app GALAXY S9+

I have checked the video files created by this application using Mediainfo application, and it turns out that the video files (1920x1080@30 fps according to Vicool app) shot on Samsung Galaxy Note 4 using this app have the total bitrate of about 12 mbit/s (while native Samsung camera app gives about 17 mbit/s for the same video parameters), frame rate of about 18-20 fps (instead of 30 fps as should be, and as given by native camera app), and sound bitrate of about 256 kbit/s (the same as Samsung camera app). In addition, with this app the autofocus stability is not very good at low light conditions and is worse than that of the native camera app. In fact, this app is unusable for any serious videos with a gimbal. Ironically, the name of folder for video files created by this app on smartphone is 'VICOOLVEDIO' instead of 'VICOOLVIDEO' :]

I have to admit, I love the gimbal hardware compared to Osmo Mobile 2. Due to wait, size and can be extend for better viewing. But I hate the apps!!!! I tried to record a video and frame rate is jumping. I can not get a smooth footage using Samsung S9 plus. Now I am thinking shall I keep the gimbal or return it?
