Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Laya App on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

It's a good app and have been using it for few years now. Since the pandemic started, most receipts are issued on emails in pdf format. I suggest you should add an option to upload a receipt in pdf format.

Trying to submit receipts, log in, go to relevent section, take photo of receipt and the app takes me back to login

Did the job - eventually I On Android 9. Receipts had to be entered several times. While entering details it suddenly jumps back and asks for the image again. Much simpler to complete paper form and post. I'm out!!

Impossible. Cannot access. My husband and I have two email accounts and two passwords. It will not accept either. I am posting the original receipts.
