This app is unusable. I have been trying to register my account to this app and it tells me to check my email for a verification link. The email comes through and when I click the link to verify my email I get this: Email Verification An error occurred. Please get a new link from your app or try again later. I have tried multiple times over the course of a month, including different times of the day and I still can't get past this error message. I have tried to use it without linking my account to the app but it keeps telling me that I can't get updates until I verify my account through email. Even manually inputting my tracking numbers, nothing updates as shipped/delivered until days after I have already gotten my shipment.

can't copy/paste tracking number off website/email to insert in app, can't close banner which forces you to click it to download the useless, poorly executed app. get with the common sense bandwagon fedex.

What can you expect from FedEx beside late delivery and missing packages??? Guess what a bad application, Did you guys thought about joining the swap meet? You may do better there as its not complicated.
