There is little to no information in FAQ, but I see many complaints in the "ratings" about the $7 shipping fee, but everything I CAN see there is a $13 shipping fee, and as a single mother Not making it on the FSs I do get and No income, $13 is a lot. Plus I'm not even finding a way to see IF we qualify, all it wants me to do is order.

First time I ordered was great. I only paid for shipping, and the product came safely packaged in a box delivered right to my door. The second time, I was charged $7, the portions were half the size, and they came packaged in a crappy bag that took twice as long to get to me, and the product was damaged, open, and everywhere in the packaging bag. I reached out to customer service, I received a 'new shipping label was created' email, yet I never received anything else from them. If I were you, I'd save my time and money on this one.

I ordered about a month ago and it was free, why is there a charge now? I understand it's only $7, but what if someone absolutely cant pay the $7? But the food that I got a month ago was absolutely delicious and so easy to make.
