This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Fear Setting on PC Windows and Mac.

Pros: Very straightforward and uses the process Tim outlines in his Ted talk. The question prompts were good to help fill out. Cons: If you have a longer list, you can't scroll down to see what you are typing. "Costing you" section has prompts that start with "I could..." and should start with something like "This costs me...". Overall this app is great to quickly run through a fear setting exercise. Thanks

Fear Setting is a framework that can help us to understand whether this fear has real cause or if it exists only in our imagination. Although, it can be helpful to keep in mind that what we fear doing most is usually what we most need to do.
