It is a great smoothie recipe app and there are recipes for the average person so you DO NOT have to go to the health food market to get a ton of specialty items and spend an arm and a leg. You use real fruits and veggies that you get at your local market or veggie stand. Thank you a book for the average person.

This is a great app. I have been trying the smoothies one by one and all of them have been great. My vita mix is getting a work out because I am using it nearly every day. The app is easy to read end it is grouped so that you can pick the type of smoothie do you want to make

This is a nice guide to many different smoothies. There are sections for different health benefits (anti-inflammatory, detox, diabetes, weight loss, etc.) and each section has several recipes with tips for customizing to your taste. I am new to smoothies and look forward to trying many of these recipes out. The app is clear, provides nutrition information for each smoothie, and explains its health benefits.

You know, since a lot of children end up with smatphones as a substitute for "nanny" or "parental" guidance, I believe that this app should be part of the android preinstalled apps. It's a very good source of information for basic survival. The idea, efficiency and thoughtfulness that was put into this app is wonderfull.

This app is a real treasury of smoothie ideas ranging from smoothies for sports to smoothies for kids. In a big family, where everyone is always busy, we ended up eating the same standard food for days. Now, a glass of healthy fresh smoothie out of a blender with a few pieces of ice is a bliss making happy everyone. My wife is asking me who taught me such a variety of smoothie ideas. Surprising recipes - very delicious and really different. So good you are happy to serve them to friends who don't understand your interest in smoothies or your blender a Vitamix) that sounds like low flying aircraft - the smoothies are delicious and definitely 'higher brow' concoctions than most smoothie recipes (and books). No recipe app like it, that I have found.
