not accurate/update time too slow. There are 2 bus lines on my way to work, one is exress another is local, 3 mins ago the estimate time is 3 mins for the local and 12 mins for the express, during all these 3mins, it's stays like this, but 3mins later it's 3mins for the local and 1 mins for the express. It probably is no big deal for the developer, but I missed the express bus.

it works with 80% success of prediction to schedule... meaning, 80% of the time the bus will be there on the time its predicted (at least for my buses), so very well worth it. i dont think theres a better more comfortable app to use for this. so been using it for years.
