Lenta para cargar desde que cambiaron la plataforma meses atrás . Tarda mucho en cargar el carrito. No se puede usar el botón de "atrás" del telefono por que app se cierra. En el carrito no funcionan los botones de 3ra edad o ingresar receta. Te bombardea con publicidad el correo pero no te envía las facturas por email. La versión anterior era mucho mejor.

Mal servicio al cliente de las telefonistas inrrespetuosas, vulgares y le faltan al respeto a el adulto mayor. Buen servicio de los mensajeros ellos son otro nivel. Edit. 03/08 el servicio de chat y voz ha mejorado. Pero jamas como era antes en 2018. Edicion marzo 2022 Siguen teniendo un pesamo servicio.

Los números de whatsapp, TG y demas contactos no sirven, no contestan y si lo hace es alla despues que ya la gente se ha muerto esperando su respuesta. Eliminen esa basura de servicio, dejen solo la app compra online y listo.
