It tells me to upgrade and there nothing to upgrade 😣

Great idea, that doesn't work. 2 reasons. I can't get past the map your location. The star and arrow do not work to confirm location. Also, when filling out my information it's white typing on a white background! Hardly legible. So much for not having to ask around for a babysitter.

I had a sitter cancel last minute - my second time using the app. I called the app help line for well, help, and no one returned my call. No response, apology, or help in finding a replacement. I understand things happen, but customer service is lacking.
