Depends on the device. I tried to install this on my Galaxy 7 edge and it would not even open. However, when I put it on my Galaxy Tab 2 it worked fine e and I was able to book my appointment. I only gave it 3 stars because it would be much more useful to me if it were on my phone.

Piece of junk app. Slow, buggy, & does not save your info. Difficult to make an account. Better off using web based version to check in than contaminate your phone with this trash.
