This is their(his) first app. If you don't know, Google's(Android's) first app is actually like this, also the preloaded app in Android Studio is "Hello world! " too! Spending twenty dollar to open your Google Play journey, probably isn't a waste.

For those who don't know what this app is for, it is simply a test app. Hello world is like the first program you create. It's not supposed to do anything.
