Crashed during a show for the first half. Once it was back up and running, I ordered but the food and drinks were never delivered. I was refunded, however.

Wasn't better than the line for me. When I first set it up it selected my location automatically. Unfortunately it wasn't the right one. The selected venue was closed, so it shouldn't have taken the order, but it did. Order sat for a while until I went to check on it. I'm supposed to get a refund once the operator station is functioning again. Problem chat didn't get a response. So... not a useful experience. I ended up going through the line anyway. The interface is pretty, though.

FanFood is not so great. It's a great idea but service is horrible. When our burgers and hot dogs came without any condiments, left feedback that these were missing. Arrived 40 minutes later with a couple of packages of ketchup and mustard. You also have to choose to tip at the time of your order, not after service is delivered. I shared this feedback within the app about our order and never received any acknowledgement. If they get your order 100% correct, no problem but I'm not impressed.

My drive-in started using this when they opened for the season, and after some tweaks and trials, it has worked perfectly ever since! The only trouble I've ever had is getting service out there, which isn't the apps fault. I love that I don't have to go into the hot concession stand, wait in line, wait for my food, THEN go back to my car and relax. Super easy to use.

Terrible! Tried to use this at a drive-in theatre to order food while social distancing. NO ONE there was able to successfully order food. The system didn't work. I felt so bad for the drive-in, trying to survive in this difficult time. Don't use this app, it won't work!

Worked great at the baseball stadium where we visited...but we were visiting and now I can't seem to figure out how to cancel a $93 payment that will go into effect tomorrow. I am uninstalling this app, have notified the site dedigner.
