Now the app allows entry of correct store and Rx orders, but claims verification of my phone # fails, although # is correct, so can't access records to check status. Called store to check status of scripts ordered, and it has no record, so apparently orders never went through. Can't understand why an app that worked was replaced with this POS...and I don't mean Point of Sale!

I originally had difficulty registering the app but was able to do so by going thru the My Big Y Food app. The Pharmacy app works great and makes managing your prescriptions easy.

This app is horrible! Very little functionality on it is working. I love Big Y but whoever they hired to make their pharmacy app is garbage.

Terrible. Wouldn't recoginze old account, couldn't login w/ multiple resets. Edit: After resetting YET AGAIN can login. Am managing partner's meds on my phone. Want to give two cell numbers, mine for app, his for calls; not an option. Trying to use the Get My Meds feature, tells me "verification failed, try to use alternative phone number. Set "cell" to my number. Credo Mobile not on carrier list. Chose Verizon, Credo carrier. Still fails. Fails w no carrier. WHY VERIFY # I CAN EDIT?
