I loved this app, until I had to reset me phone. Even Sprint's tech support couldn't get it up and running for me again. I have tried resetting my password countless times, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, I even tried to have my husband send me a new invite (I can't be removed and readded sonce O am the wall founder). Nothing works.

Very good and reliable app. You can write PRIMISPY@YAHOOOCOM if you wanna remotely monitor your spouse and kids phone activities including chats calls location deleted texts hidden files and so on without installing anything on the device. With his help I remotely monitor my spouse and had access toeverything on his phone his deleted texts and ask logs.

It doesn't work. Most of my family can't join the group I started. I really like the idea of the app but if I can't get it to work right I plan to delete it.

This app does not work!! I am unable to use the location services, it is useless witout this service. I signed up to use the full app and now all it tells me is error everytime I try to use it for the paid portion. I can only access half of the app. I have discontinued my payment for this app. I am very disappointed I want a reliable app for my family to use. I have emailed about this issue several times with no reply. This company dosen't care about it's customers!!

App is broken, i really found it useful and wanted to upgrade to the premium service. At least give it a shot, and see if it was worth it. Every time i tap the button for starting my 30 day trial, it tells me an unexpected error has occured and it takes me back to the home screen.

So far, I'm not too sure. I updated the grocery list and only some of the items show up on the bfs. The location is horrible, does not update in real time AT ALL. Such as, left for work at 9:10am, got home at 4:45pm. Currently it's 8:15pm, says I arrived home at 9:56am! And ther BF has apparently been in Seattle for 18hrs. no matter how many times we refresh it. We both love the idea of it and hope the bugs are worked out, otherwise it's a waste of storage. & inactive "Help" option.
