About this app

Pocket Friend is a true pocket-sized friend for your child.
This special children's app for communicating with parents complements the safe Kids parental app. The program helps adult family members to find their kids and never worry about them. Install the program on your child's mobile phone; you will keep an eye on him and always be able to answer the question "Where is my child?"

Simple registration
The locator app doesn't take much memory space as monitoring is done in the background. It requires internet connection and permission to determine GPS coordinates. The phone number can be linked to one or more adult family members' phones.

SOS signal
If the child is lost or in danger, the SOS button will send a distress signal to the parents' number and help them find their child. The location coordinates will show on the parents' phone screen with an accuracy within a few meters. You can use this function when your child has gotten lost or is in some kind of danger. The children will know they're being monitored. Parents can be contacted with a single press of a button without calling them.

Find out current location
The child can see the map portion with his current location on the phone screen. The locator might be useful if the child needs to explain where he's located. The geolocation accessible by the parents is also very important. Explain this to your children because thanks to this program, they can be out and about longer. When parents know where their children are, they won't be calling them all the time.

Where is my phone?
It sometimes happens that the child can't find his device because he left it at school, in the club or at home. If the device is on, it won't be hard to track it's map location from a parent's phone.

Children's manual
The Pocket Friend app will help children find answers on how to act in crisis situations. What to do if they get lost? What if the house is on fire? It will also always be a useful reminder on how to act with strangers, in case of danger, etc. It's easy to use the hints, and they will be invaluable!
