It keeps on saying please connect to Wi-Fi network why should it work on Wi-Fi only where else some of us has plenty of internet data shame this is the worst app ever will never recommend it to friends Now m connected to Wi-Fi it keeps on saying my face is not in na oval shape at that time that oval things we put our faces on it shows me that iv placed my face oval never ever gonna recommend it

This app is horrible.... Doesn't matter what you do it says your face doesn't match your I. D. I had to do the selfie picture 22 times before it finally accepted that picture.... And scanning the I. D. front and back never did go through..... There's about 2 hours of my life I'll never get back!!

Worst experience. As it necessarily requires wifi to access whereas i lives in area where wifi isn't allowed. App should be made as per user requirement.

I tried with both passport and ID, but the app did not recognize me. And my passport was made less than a year ago and I was wearing the same hairstyle.
