Edit: now I can't even access settings. The app just force closes. Highly disappointing from such a major company. Glasses randomly refuse to be seen by the app. Occasionally (once every few days) my Meta Wayfarers can no longer connect to the app even though they are connected to the phone and able to play audio. The only fix I've found is totally wiping the app, factory resetting the glasses, then doing the pairing/setup process again. Extremely annoying.

My Ray-Ban mega eye glasses came in. I am having so much fun with them. This is the first time I can tell my grandkids about eye glass electronics. The photos are so clear that they do not look like a picture. Videos are also very clear, and the sound is awesome. I am using Spotify for the music. Selecting all my favorite music to listen to. See you next week. A close friend wants a pair and wants me to go with him to order them.

Has gotten worse over time, wish there was an alternative. I really enjoyed using the Creations feature, but it mysteriously vanished, and when I ask Meta on social media why that is, all I get is crickets. And the app crashes constantly, simply when I tap on buttons in it. I love the hardware, but this companion app sure needs some love.

Works greatly with my ray ban wayfarer, but I would like to see longer record time like at least 1:30min to 2mim longer. A beep when lost glasses, or at least a locator to find glasses when i forget to put it in case or can't find it. Also, please let us use hands-free mode, especially if I want to call or text without using my phone to confirm it.

using my new meta Ray-Ban headliner glasses to capture photos and video are made much easier with this app. My photos and video pass through the app and they're saved on my camera roll automatically! so much better than the previous version, known as Ray-Ban stories, worked! I've only had them for a week but I've been on vacation and using them quite a bit. very happy with both the glasses and the app so far.

Very disappointing. It was working fine until meta change the way to log on. It took more than one month to fix that issue. It took a combination of 6 emails and phone calls to resolve it. Now, there's an update which I downloaded, but the option to install the upgrade is nonfunctional. I had better expectations from Facebook than what they are delivering.
