Pre booked a taxi, got a car but it cancelled during the night without warning, and I was left without a taxi, and never got any warning of my order disappearing... Bad service, never got a car in the end, I'm starting to think this app doesn't really work... Don't waste your time and don't download the app, I'll stick with uber from now on...

Lack of taxis available on app, making it difficult for any drivers to pick up. Drivers are also unreliable with pickup and are sometimes rude. Would stick to Uber.
