The app is not a bad app but handling it a 1 ⭐ due to only updating your app last 2015. Seriously you know there are some major security issues that's were fixed and also not having updated the app for the latest version of android reflects badly on you. Not blaming the devs on this one. This is business not wanting to spend money. Hopefully your website isn't in the same state. update the app and fix the random crashes and I'll update my rating.

Rubbish app. It hasn't been developed as an app, it's just their website converted into an app. Everything is small and out of place. Have to zoom in to tap buttons and scroll left and right just read something. Definitely not mobile friendly.

Horrible app. I made a booking, and paid via Masterpass. The app crashed but the payment has been made. I do not have a reference number, did not receive an email or SMS with my booking details. How am I supposed to get my flight details??

Please fix bugs. The app works great one week and cannot get going the next and freezes up, or is the app only for users who travel once a month or once a year?

Waste of time - looks just like the website on a mobile (which doesn't fit a screen), functions worse than the website in that no mobile boarding passes available and it doesn't "print" to PDF. Mango I'd flying backwards...

The updated apo does not work properly. You struggle to get flight schedules. You click on one to book and end up with a whole different time
