We offer you the solution with the Nails On Time application by Mystic Nails. This app allows you to set automatic reminder messages for all your clients in an easy and quick way.

The reminders will be sent automatically to your client’s phone according to your timing set-up. Therefore, you can be sure your client will get the reminder before all her appointments in time.

What will you experience by using Nails On Time?
1) Your clients will not forget your appointments.
2) Clients will not be late or at least they will inform you in time.
3) In case your client cannot come she will probably call you in time to let you know (as you can set reminders sent even 48 hours prior to her automatically).
4) If your client wants to contact you through the app to notify you about her being late or cancellation she will be offered only to call you instead of sending SMS or online messages. This way you can already agree on her new appointment.

How to use?
1) Download the app and register as NAIL TECHNICIAN.
2) Give your nail tech code to your client and ask her to download the app and register as a CLIENT.
3) Set the timing of reminders for your client: 48 hours, 24 hours, 2 hours, 1 hour. (By default they will get all four.) After this the system will work automatically for each new appointment registered.
