I tried to pay for parking and it told me my card had been declined. I tried a second time and the same thing happened. I went to my account to check and the money has been deducted twice but it's not registering I have paid for parking. I better not get a parking ticket!!!

Very frustrating and clunky app. Charged my card double on two separate occasions. Would suggest not downloading until the app gets sorted out. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Parking apps should not be difficult to run smoothly...

Easy to use product with great feature of finding my car! set the reminder to top up my parking within 5 minutes of it running out and didn't have to go to the meter!
