It is a very unproffesional app with zero customer support. I ordered from a restaurant and after making the payment through online transaction, it showed me no orders have been placed. After making multiple attempts to contact the customer care through both calls and mails, I didn't receive any response from their side let alone my payment refund. They claim to have a customer support of 24/7 but in relaity the customer support doesnt exist.

it's really good. Being an NRI, and a single lady I depend on clean hygienic places to eat.. and these guys never fail me to deliver though I live far from the central city. Many times my choice of restaurant isn't good but their delivery is par American standards. the senior staff is so polite. it's because of them I am here.. a loyal customer after 5 years. no complaints regd delivery guys too. I love this app
