This app does absolutely nothing in helping you determine what time a shuttle will be at a certain stop. Waste of phone space!

The shuttles location never updates. The location remains the same so there is no way to know when a bus is coming. Kind of useless

**There needs to be better communication between the people at the State Park and the city tourism group.** The two shuttle services connect at the Gorge Visitor's Center by the Aquarium. I was sent by The people at the park information center for a long walk into town instead of giving me this info. The park service is more to blame here. **HIGHLIGHTING THE ROUTE ON THE MAP WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL. **The drivers should point out details. As I was told, "we are just drivers not your guides."

The free shuttle service is really great, especially you have a little extra time to explore outside Niagara, for eg Lewiston. The apps works very well, you can track where are the buses exactly!!
