it is an interesting crypto wallet I ever had. most important is that the customer support team are always available to help. they always give direct and straightforward instruction to guide their customers. it is easy fore the beginners like me. for that I give 5 stars and still reserve extra to do more. I recommend it to who ever need it service they never disappointe. more kudos to you fintap my favourite wallet ever.

Refusal to delete account. Customer support won't delete my account and remove my info even though I state I don't feel comfortable with them holding my info. The app has no inside way of deactivating it but when someone is in breach, they are quick to deactivate. Shady af. Don't use this app. They are quick to accept your money your coins but won't help you when you want to leave.

Keep in mind that it’s not a DeFi wallet (yet), you’ll still need trust wallet or MetaMask to connect to Uniswap, launchpads, staking, p2e games etc. Fintap is great to buy/sell/send crypto, if you send ethereum to another Fintap user there is no fee! So you save like $12 every time. But I hope they will add decentralized finance integrations in the future, with the great crypto-fiat functionality they have this app could become one of the most popular defi wallets easily.

With due respect, I purchased EUR fintap since on Saturday 29/01/2022 and I exchanged it to TRX fintap but I got difficult to send it to external wallet. Therefore I exchanged it back to EUR fintap but eventually I still find difficult to exchange it with and any coin in fintap talkless of sending it to external wallet. I keep getting something went wrong I would be very grateful if my complain would be considered

I normally don't write review but I have to change my first review because this app was amazing. So many amazing features. It was great being able to exchange different fiat and cryptocurrency . Please ensure there is more crypto available for euro exchange because I'm doing double exchange at the moment. Thank you.
