There are very few filter options for the house search, it's price, bedroom, bath that's it, with very generalized location. You end up 100s of homes listed, and takes forever to find one fits your parameters because there are no other filters

A example would be there is a home just down the road from where I live It has a Exit realty sign at the end of the drive. So I downloaded the app. But cannot find t¹he home anywhere on their site. Also its not the only house I cannot find. Just disappointing....Because my husband and I have always rented. So now that we got 3 of our children through school and out in the world we decided why waste anymore money on renting. So we are looking to buy.

This app is easy to use, and runs much faster on the phone than using the EXIT website. I especially love that when I send my mobile business card out from this app, the recipient receives it from my cell number and not the text number. Great app!

Super easy to use. I love how I can search by state and sort by realtor. However, I had to knock one star off as I can't add a search parameter for lot size; I want acreage, but have to sort through listings with little or no lots.
