I've always liked the usability of this app, and the devs have usually been responsive to user feedback. The problem I have now is, ever since they changed the incentive prizes where you spend your points, I can't figure out where to look now for the new system (deals, etc.) and all it says is "in the dashboard." What is the dashboard? I sent an email and this time got no response, twice. Also ordered refillable k-cups before point system changed and didn't get them.

**UPDATE: Uninstalled due to large size & never receiving product ordered 4+ months ago. So disappointed.** How has this app gone from 3 gigs to 21 gigs so quickly?! AND they removed the products for which you can trade your points (STILL waiting for mine ordered SEPTEMBER 8!)! I understand wanting to decrease the company's carbon footprint, but how about decreasing the app's footprint too? The pop-up ads are annoying but not intolerable, but the space it's taking on my phone IS a serious issue.

Very amazing app for renewable energy, recycling etc!! I'm highly fortunate and greatful to be apart of the team!!

Seems like a good app, it definitely has potential. It tells me my footprint is higher than it actually is because even though I do use electricity, the app doesn't give me the option to state that my electricity is coming from solar panels. Instead it asks me if I would like to purchase them as an offset. Things not taken into account: How often driving occurs, whether water is reused (we recycle all of our used water), whether food is grown or bought. Great app for newbies or eco-beginners.

I like the idea of this app but it is frustrating to use. Lagging when you try to update data. Sense you have to manually select multiple tasks daily. It is not feasible to turn on the app everytime you complete a task but it is also annoying to have to wait for the app to process every task. It makes me forget it exists instead of trying to use it often.

I like the idea of this app. It's awesome if you have some sense of integrity. However, it's painfully slow and clogged full of ads that take ages to close. I can't navigate it with any type of speed so it's inconvenient to do. I will keep it on my phone and hopefully things speed up so I can utilize it. I'd like to work for the 4Ocean bracelet...
