It helps you to have a tool to put the work in with especially one that can keep track of your percentages and even though their distractions around you that's the whole point is because you're supposed to be focusing and training on what you're seeing I actually rather enjoy that challenge.

Very interesting and it helps to exercise both sides of cognition. Well designed app! Thank you!

This was a great app for exercising clairvoyance until the recent update. Now it doesn't seem to work at all. I don't see the icons for selecting test or training. There is something that you can tap on but then it doesn't access the actual tests. Could you please fix this? I actually use this app frequently. Thank you.

Nice app, gives some options and also has training modes. Would like to see another option to hide progress percentage in training mode. Lacks descriptions on how postrec./prerec. are set up - that's really a mistake (I think: postrec.: All cards are drawn in advance, at once, once you press the start button/prerec.: Each card is drawn after you choose). The prerec. visualization is misleading; currently looks just like the postrec. one (card is raised face down, then revealed).

d business or person who created this app are advertising it wrong. the apps algorithm trys to read ur brain based upon how you go about picking 1 of 5 cards and adpts to you. so object of the game is to try and pick a cards get it wrong you win. like playing tic toe with only x es and first person to make 3 x s in a row lose. in a way. avg people might not get this but the creator of this app function knows what I'm saying. if u r predictable you will excel at this app

The concept is great. I enjoy practicing being present. Happy to improve on my ESP skills. Some of the grammar in written portions throws me off, but that's only because I have an editorial eye. 😉

About this app

Welcome to a fun and powerful simulation environment for running training and test sessions using the famous Zener cards!

The cards were designed in the early 1930s by the perceptual psychologist Karl Zener, and were originally developed to conduct experiments for Extrasensory Perception (ESP), most often clairvoyance. The results from these studies were promising at first, but the study methods were flawed which led to the conclusion that ESP couldn't be scientifically proved.

Nevertheless the Zener test is still fascinating to this day and this app is our best effort to implement the test in as a transparent way as possible.

A Zener card deck consists of five simple symbols. In total, there are 25 cards in a pack, five of each design. In the original tests, the person that conducted the test picked up cards from a shuffled pack, observed the symbol on each card, and recorded the answer of the person being tested for extrasensory perception, who would try to decide which of the five designs was on each card in question, without actually seeing the face of the card.

Now this app enables you to experience various variants of the Zener card test!

TEST
This is the original Zener Card test. Each card is drawn from a shuffled 25 card pack with five cards for each symbol. During the test no card faces are shown, to ensure that the test result is valid. The result is instead presented after the test.

TRAIN
A fun variant of the original test, where you will see if your predictions are correct, one card at a time. Since card faces are shown after each choice, the app always draws cards from a full and shuffled deck.

MARATHON
A never-ending marathon test session, which in our opinion is a powerful form of active meditation! The app will produce new cards from an unlimited pack of cards, and you will see your result in real-time.

In addition, all the above session can be performed in either of two different modes:

Postcognition a.k.a. Retrocognition
Defined as knowledge of past events which could not have been learned or inferred by normal means. The app will choose the next card BEFORE you make your choice, just like the original Zener card test.

Precognition a.k.a. Future sight or Second sight
Is defined as the ability to see events that will happen in the future. The app will choose the next card AFTER you make your choice.

*** FEATURES ***

* Training, Marathon and Test sessions.

* Test Certificates - Create and share unique certificates/diplomas based on your personal results.

* All sessions can run in either Precognition (the future) and Postcognition (the past) mode.

* The app keeps tracks of all your results, which can be viewed from the Statistics screen.

* Share your results on Game Center, and compare your results with both your friends and the world!

* Numbered Cards - We are all different: Some like numbers more than symbols, therefore Pro users also can run sessions with numbered cards.

* Colored Cards - Some like colors even more than symbols and numbers, therefore Pro users also can run sessions with colored cards.
