The Orthopedic Surgery Study 0304173 e-diary App has been developed for the Prospective Observational Study to Characterize Burden of Illness in Patients Undergoing Orthopedic Procedures at Ambulatory Surgery Centers. The App will collect e-diary information for patients registered into this study.
