Very poor site performance with very poor server, and does not even allow the site to easily transfer money from the market to the wallet and vice versa.Even in the market section, it does not show the assets, you have to wait an hour for the server to find out what your request is!

terrible costumer service! totally unprofessional! I've been waiting for more than 4 days to verify my identification here but no progress so far. There is also no update on the created tickets. seems you're on your own. If you can't handle a simple verification task then how am I supposed to trust you with my financial assets? deleting this app and switching to a more reliable service provider.

I just review the Rules and laws in their precaution for Sign up and just noticed that there is no rules for stockholder. All of'em are just for the Excoino keeper. It means If something goes wrong, whether intentionally or unintentionally, your money will be block in Excoino's owner account. And you wont take back your own money. Every thing is in their hand.
