This app got many problems. When I receive the notification, I click on it and immediately want to purchase but it shows me the promo code not apply for the package deal. Very disappointed. After that I find the voucher from searching, it shows me the promo code exceed limit. Waste my time and change. If your system is no any problem, this situation would not happen. Low rate for you.

I had a very positive experience with the 8 excite support team today. You see, I have wrongly purchased 2 vouchers which was supposed to be for a dinner but wrongly purchased for Hi-Tea. The support team worked so fast that I managed to cancel the vouchers and got my refund points within the next hour. Managed to repurchase the correct vouchers on the same afternoon.. Thank you guys for giving such a good service.

Lousy Stupid Apps!!!!!!! The promo is very good at reasonable price. However, I cannot do any purchase via this Apps. It will keep on hanging until I die (yes, this is exaggerate how frustrated I am with this Apps!!) and because of this, I miss the promo voucher. Then, this Apps will force you to perform some sort of permission that overlay other apps notification. Hello, do u think u are very special? Seriously???!!!! I am thinking to terminate my account with this Apps. Good Riddance!!!!!!!!!!

This app not very stable. I purchased a voucher but did not received the voucher immediately in my account. Fortunately the next day I receive the voucher, but it has caused much hassle to me because I want to use the voucher immediately and thought I was being cheated. Would be afraid to use 8excite again.

System seems to frequently crash during sales period. Am really disappointed. Told customer service but never once rectified. Normal period, prices not even any cheaper than off the counter... 😠
