You can't add points to your rewards account when you go to the gas stations, you can only use them. All these " ways to earn points " are just marketing ploys to get you into the Shell convenience stores. Once you go in there and swipe your card or type in your phone number, it either takes the points you built up from the grocery stores and T-mobile or you can't use the Fuel Rewards. Store clerks tell you that you can't scan the app and add points that way either

I love this app I've linked all apps that help with getting mm money off for gas. I've saved more than enough on gas for the last year that I've had this fuel rewards app it works wonders and I love it. I'd recommend this app to anyone that loves to save on gas just like myself and I've been using Shell for years and I wouldn't change nothing everything is peaches and cream with this app. Who don't like saving money however you can well get this app you won't be disappointed.

I love this app helps me save on gas. It even gives me the best locations with the cheapest prices. There is one deceptive thing though. Otherwise it would have five stars. Thanks T-Mobile 15 cents off. If you go to certain gas stations they might have different prices if you pay with cash or card. That's where you can lose your discount because they charge you more for gas if you pay with your card. I definitely don't like places charging different prices if you pay with cash or card.

Hasn't registered a single purchase I have made using Fuel Rewards card or sebit cards registered in profile in app. Contacted support and they said I had to submit receipts to prove it, because it was my fault their system wasn't working. Only keep using it because of the Tmobile Tuesdays 10¢

Use to work great. Since I updated my phone number and phone it will not except my email address. I know I've never changed my email or password. Sorry app. No good to me anymore. Even called customer service and they said it was working. So I just use my sister in laws rewards. Probably don't save a penny no way. Very upset with the whole situation.

It's a good app. The only problem I have is that this app including the apps it partners with don't have a section or feature to let you know that you're cards are linked. All you see is "cannot enroll or link your card contact us". Then the real F'n waste starts. You get bounced back and forth from the card companies. You end up losing hours. Then you just give up and eventually out of anger you go get gasoline at the competitors. But what do they care ?! They hire app hacks.
