please you should upgrade this app to control the payment method on the app, that is when you want to pay and not, my Android system got corrupted and had to flash to new software,but my account is being charged to old version and i can't stop it on Google play store to be able to use different payment method,so please 93948 is my vip ID kindly check stop it for me to pay through my new Android version am using now, because i can't use it to control payment to excelbanko.

I know how hard is it to predict outcome of the game, but seriously, having consistent negative ROI throughout a week (once was positive in a five days period I kept track), that is ridiculous. Your tips are, usually, in the range from 1,5 to 1,7 (or 4,5 to 6,5) with more than half misses on those games. You are suppose, dear ExcelBanko, to hand pick 5 to 6 games at the most, not 20 or 30. Those games should have odds to be in range of 2 to 2,5. You should guess more than 50% of the games, and, finally, you should have consistent positive ROI. Best of Luck. You'll need it to keep this app up.

You need to upgrade by putting the league name to it for quick pick on the betting site, cause it hard to find the country by the logo alone. Let the league name be there

This app is nice but i have a problem with this app now i don't know if others are face with the challenge i subcribe for VIP on 27/10/2017 and i was debited through my master card and i got a message from my bank of my charge for the subscrption to Excelbanko but i can't access the vip i subcribe for i want to know why? and i want to know why there is no contact detail like support email incase anyone is face with any challenge with your app. I need a reply as soon as possible and i need my vip subcription to be activated am still in free when i have subcrib to vip
